Hello, friends and family. It has been far too long since I sent out pictures, so I thought I had finally better do it before the grandparents revolt!
What can I say? I am not making excuses, but life is busy! Spring is the busiest time of year in the office, and when I come home in the evening I just enjoy all of the family time I can. Who could blame me? I think that my boys are pretty wonderful. Lewis is sweet and snuggly and is now turning into quite a little talker. Gilbert is full of creativity and energy but is so tender with his baby brother. This morning I put Lewis down in his crib so that I could take a shower and let Jerry sleep in. After getting out of the shower I found Gilbert in Lewis’s room reading to him. It was so sweet.
If you are able, here is a link to a video of Lewis “talking” to me. I know that some mothers complain about diaper changes, but Lewis and I have some of our best conversations at the changing table!
I am still visiting Lewis everyday over my lunch hour. It is wonderful to be able to “touch bases” with him in the middle of the day. Gilbert just had kindergarten round-up earlier this month. I cannot believe that my first baby will be starting kindergarten this fall!
