Up North ~ Life in Minnesota

The biggest event of this past year was our move to Minnesota. Jerry now works at Gustavus Adolphus College as their web communications coordinator and I recently started work at Taylor Corporation as an offset type manager. Though we have missed Pierre immensely, we have also enjoyed our new home in Minnesota.

Gilbert, now two, is quite a talker. He loves to talk on the telephone and sing songs to us. He is also a terrific helper; whether we a cooking or doing laundry, Gilbert is always there to pitch in. As anyone who has ever lived with a two-year-old can attest, our house is never quiet or boring!

Our family is growing both physically and spiritually. We are blessed beyond measure. We are looking towards the day when life slows down a little…but in the meanwhile we just try to pause and enjoy every little moment we can.
