Gib and Grandpa

My dad came to visit on Saturday, and we had such a nice time!
Dad drove down for the day and we were so happy to have him. While Gilbert napped, Dad and I went out for lunch and then hit a few rummage sales around town. When Gilbert woke up we went to the fair and checked out the petting zoo. Then we went on a leisurely drive around town and a few of the surrounding towns. It was then home for supper and time to sit and visit. It was a fun day, and before we knew it, it was time to say “good-bye.

Gilbert looks so intent!! I bet he loves that choc. chip cookie too. You know I had to make some after talking to you last week! Thanks for sharing photos. Lisa

Grandma Denny called me this week - so excited about his visit with you and can't wait to come back for another!! It looks like the boys are having a great time together. Yes, we'll have to plan a Saturday visit — sooner than later, I hope!! Love and hugs to all the Nowells!! Chris :laughing:
